Natasha Hassan is a graphic designer, illustrator, DJ, and event promoter whose work resists simple definition. Formerly known as Poogazi, she has spent the last decade moving fluidly between design, music, and culture, creating visuals and experiences that thrive on rhythm, colour, and connection.

Her journey began in Singapore, where she took on roles at Bandwagon Asia, MTV Asia, and Universal Music Group SEA, building her foundation in branding, social media design, and content production. At the same time, she developed her own visual language under the alias Poogazi, producing surreal and humorous illustrations inspired by the vibrant chaos of 90s cartoons, gothic sensibilities, and psychedelic palettes.

As a freelancer, Natasha has designed campaigns, packaging, and event branding for global clients including Nike, Uniqlo, Salomon, Spotify, and MTV International. She has also contributed to cultural projects such as the SG60 Icons of Home collectables, the Malay Heritage Centre mural, and Singapore Design Week’s Kiddy Palace exhibition, where her designs explored heritage, nostalgia, and play.

Her illustrations often depict surreal creatures and natural objects disguised as humans, set in outlandish, vibrant landscapes that feel both familiar and strange. This playful yet striking approach has extended into her design practice, where she uses humour, rhythm, and bold colour to create visuals that feel alive.

Beyond client work, Natasha is the co-founder of North East Social Club, a music collective championing underground club culture in Singapore and the region. As both a DJ and promoter, she has brought in international artists, designed event identities, and built inclusive dancefloors that foreground care, community, and connection.

Her disciplines span brand identity, illustration, web design, print, packaging, and content creation. Currently based in Singapore, Natasha is open to relocation and excited to bring her design practice—rooted in both commercial clarity and cultural storytelling—to new international contexts.
