Natasha Hassan is a graphic designer, illustrator and everything creative in between. She dedicated her whole life to chasing good frequency and melody, which led to six years in the creative and music industry.

Her personal interests led her to co-found a mini design and events collective, North East Social Club, promoting eclectic creatives in Singapore. She co-initiated an online zine and directory called Archipelagirl — a platform that locally centres around minorities’ experiences.

Natasha’s illustrations love to feature creatures and natural objects disguised as humans. Her style includes illustrating crazy characters in an outlandish and striking landscape. She draws inspiration from illustrators and cartoonists such as Alexandre Nart, James Clapham, and the creator of BoJack Horseman, Lisa Hanawalt. Though a goth at heart, she enjoys using a vibrant and psychedelic colour palette in her works.

Her other freelance pursuits include designing album artwork and promotional materials for local artists and collectives. Her work in this area has been featured in Singapore Community Radio, Time Out Singapore and Men's Folio.

Her disciplines span across brand identity, illustration, web design, layout and print design.
