Natasha Hassan is a graphic designer, illustrator, event promoter and everything in between. She dedicated her whole life to chasing good frequency and melody, which led to seven years in the creative and music industry.

She is committed to nurturing the creative culture by promoting eclectic creatives in Singapore, which has inspired her to co-found a design and events collective, North East Social Club.

Natasha’s illustrations love to feature creatures and natural objects disguised as humans. Her style includes illustrating crazy characters in an outlandish and striking landscape. She draws inspiration from illustrators and cartoonists such as Alexandre Nart, James Clapham, and the creator of BoJack Horseman, Lisa Hanawalt. Though a goth at heart, she enjoys using a vibrant and psychedelic colour palette in her works.

(When still working in a corporate setting, Natasha had to create an alias so she wouldn't get in trouble. Inspired by her favourite post-hardcore band, she came up with a silly name, Poogazi.)

Her other freelance pursuits include designing album artwork and promotional materials for local artists and collectives. Her work in this area has been featured in Female Magazine, L’Officiel and Men's Folio.

Her disciplines span across brand identity, illustration, web design, layout and print design.
