Shopping & Delivery Policy


I. Payment security and privacy
Natasha Hassan sells prints on natashahassan.com. Stripe is the only payment channel used on this website in order to process transactions and shippings securely. natashahassan.com supports most credit and debit cards. Any dispute or refund will be processed via the chosen payment platform. No further information of the buyer is collected other than the minimum necessary data such as the receipient’s name and address. You can visit Stripe for their privacy policy here. natashahassan.com does not store any information from the buyer.


II. Shipping cost and time

1. Singapore Delivery:

Delivery fee is a flat rate of SGD 5 islandwide, Singapore.

Shipments within Singapore are sent via QExpress with registered tracking. Confirmed purchase will be shipped within 1-3 weeks as most of the artworks are preorders. Please allow 3-5 extra working days for production before shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and text message with a tracking number you can use to check your order's delivery status.

2. International Shipping:  

Delivery fee is a flat rate of SGD 20 for orders outside of Singapore (within 60cm package order). 

Shipments outside of Singapore are sent with SpeedPost. Confirmed purchase will be shipped within 2-3 weeks as most of the artworks are preorders. Please allow 3-5 extra working days for production before shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number you can use to check your order's delivery status.

If the package is bigger than 60cm in width, Natasha will email you personally to notify you the additional cost of the delivery (estimated cost of shipping is SGD 70). 


III. Return and refund

All the pieces are packed and sent with care. Natasha Hassan is not responsible for any damages or missing parcels. Buyers can return flawed or wrong orders within 3 days from date of receipt. Please contact Natasha Hassan via email beforehand to discuss returns. Return postage charges are to be borne by the buyer. After returns are received in their original condition, a refund of the item’s cost will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
