International Women’s Day
MTV Asia x Commune PH
Client: MTV Asia
“This artwork celebrates the diversity and inclusivity of all women, from races, religions, sexualities, body types and social classes. And in honour of the coffee brewed at Commune, the naturist landscape is a nod to the hard work of the coffee farmers in the Philippines.
International Women's Day is a day that demands all of us to reflect on the progression of gender equality across the world. I encourage intersectionality in the causes that we fight for as this day exceeds women's rights — it commemorates breaking the bias in all forms. I hope for everyone to amplify the voices of women and gender non-conforming people who have been suppressed and discriminated against.”
